WARRANTY
Members are provided with a three-year limited warranty; non-members, two years. Repairs beyond the warranty period are chargeable, with costs individually assessed according to the components replaced. The more precisely engineered the product, the more its performance and condition are defined by disciplined care over time. Maintenance extends beyond usage-it is the ongoing preservation of structure and balance. As with a fine mechanical timepiece, surface condition and material integrity must be sustained through periodic inspection. Time leaves its mark. Care transforms that mark into value.
OWNERSHIP
Albrecht Dürer provides, with every product, not only a certificate of warranty, but a formal agreement defining the relationship between the maison and its client. This contract is not a formality. The moment a product is delivered does not mark the end of the relationship. We do not define our clients as mere purchasers, but as Owners—individuals who understand and preserve the structure and value of the product. A contract marks the beginning of a relationship. What follows is sustained through precise stewardship and disciplined responsibility over time.
BUY-BACK
The Buy-back program applies exclusively to diamond editions. Eligibility criteria and conditions are defined by brand policy. Value is not left to the market. Each piece is reacquired directly by the brand and reassessed under proprietary standards. Value is sustained beyond use. Every stage of the process is governed by consistent internal criteria. We do not delegate value. We reclaim it— and redefine it.
